Gaten Matarazzo<\/a><\/strong> recalled the time a woman in her 40s confessed her love for him during a podcast episode of \u201cInside of You With Michael Rosenbaum.\u201d Sometime during the episode, the Stranger Things<\/em><\/a> star was asked about funny fan encounters, which led him to bring up an interaction that was not-so-funny at the time but rather \u201cupsetting.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cFunny is a way to say it\u2026There are some that are a little uncomfortable. Like, I remember I did one very, very recently \u2014 this is not very funny, but the reactions around it were quite funny \u2014 where this woman in her 40s straight up said, \u2018I\u2019ve had a crush on you since you were 13.\u2019 And I was like, \u2018That\u2019s upsetting.\u2019 I\u2019m sure she just meant like, \u2018Oh, this kid\u2019s cute.\u2019 But then she doubled down \u2014 \u2018I\u2019m aware of the age difference,’\u201d shared the 21-year-old\u00a0star.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd then I was like, \u2018Alright,\u2019\u2026And her daughter was with her and her daughter goes, \u2018Mom, what the f**k?\u2019 I swear to God, this girl must have been like 13. She goes, \u2018Mom, what the f**k?\u2019,\u201d The bold fan said all this while having Gaten\u2019s mother sitting next to him.<\/p>\n \u201cThat was insane,\u201d he voiced.<\/p>\n The actor \u2014 who played Dustin \u2014 started filming the sci-fi series back when he had just turned 13 alongside his co-stars Millie Bobby Brown<\/a><\/strong>, Finn Wolfhard<\/a><\/strong>, Caleb McLaughlin<\/a><\/strong>, Noah Schnapp<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cIt\u2019s been a big chunk of time and I think when you have like five kids from completely different parts of the world, pretty much, I think when you force those kids to be together at like 12 when kids are like antsy and bratty and like everyone\u2019s kind of like at each other\u2019s throats that sets a foundation for like \u2018Wasn\u2019t that hilarious?\u2019 in a weird way. You know what I mean?
