Hot on the heels of his Coachella<\/a> set, Jamie xx<\/a> has shared a new song that he played at the festival. \u201cBaddy on the Floor<\/a>\u201d features Honey Dijon and was created by the two DJs over video calls during the pandemic<\/a>. Check it out below.<\/p>\n Jamie xx has slowly been trickling out new songs over the years, with this latest single joining \u201cIt\u2019s So Good<\/a>,\u201d from earlier this year, as well as 2022\u2019s \u201cLet\u2019s Do It Again<\/a>\u201d and \u201cKill Dem<\/a>,\u201d and 2020\u2019s \u201cIdontknow<\/a>.\u201d As it turns out, the producer and DJ is gearing up to release his long-awaited sophomore album, the follow-up to In Colour<\/em><\/a>. During an interview on BBC Radio 1\u2019s Future Artists with Jack Saunders while premiering \u201cBaddy on the Floor,\u201d Jamie xx revealed that he\u2019s putting the finishing touches on his new LP and promised that it will come out later this year.<\/p>\n This summer, Jamie xx will return to Chicago to headline Pitchfork Music Festival 2024<\/a> on Saturday, July 20. Also slated on this year\u2019s lineup<\/a> are Alanis Morissette, Black Pumas, Carly Rae Jepsen, Jessie Ware, Jai Paul, Brittany Howard, De La Soul, Unwound, 100 Gecs, and more.
