GDP growth is 3.4% (SAAR), GDO is 4.1%, and final sales to private domestic purchasers \u2014 often taken to be the best predictor of aggregate demand \u2014 is 3.3%. GDPNow for 2024Q1 is 2.3%, while the nowcast of the NY Fed is\u00a0 1.9% (both as of 3\/29).<\/p>\n
