LinkedIn previously experimented with a <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:4;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/linkedin-launches-redesign-with-disappearing-stories-140052516.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Stories feature;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:4;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a> for disappearing posts. That feature lasted <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:5;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/linkedin-stories-shut-down-190959094.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:less than;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:5;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a> a year, though the professional network <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:6;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/whats-next-linkedin-stories-video-liz-li\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:hinted;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:6;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a> at the time that it wasn\u2019t done with its video experiments, saying it was working \u201cto evolve the Stories format into a reimagined video experience across LinkedIn.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Presumably, LinkedIn is hoping the feed will showcase content from its ranks of professional creators and thought leaders, many of whom are already posting video to their feeds.
