Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs<\/strong><\/a>\u2018 investigation continues to unfold. After raiding both of the rapper\u2019s properties in Los Angeles and Miami, federal law enforcement reportedly discovered firearms in both homes. However, it\u2019s unclear what types of firearms were found at the scene.<\/p>\n

NBC News<\/a> reported the details of the discovery one day after Diddy\u2019s houses were raided on Monday, March 25. That day, feds executed search warrants to look through his homes and seized his phones in Miami before he was supposed to fly out<\/a> to the Bahamas, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n

Diddy is currently under investigation after three women and one man were interviewed by law enforcement in New York City in connection to \u201callegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms,\u201d per the outlet.<\/p>\n

A lawyer for Combs released a statement following the home raids, calling the ordeal a \u201cgross overuse of military-level force.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis unprecedented ambush \u2014 paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence \u2014 leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits,\u201d attorney Aaron Dyer said, according to several outlets. \u201cThere has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dyer continued, \u201cYesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs\u2019 residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.\u201d<\/p>\n

The recent investigation into Diddy\u2019s properties comes amid allegations of rape and sexual abuse by multiple women. One of them was Diddy\u2019s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura<\/strong><\/a>, who filed a lawsuit<\/a> against him in November 2023, accusing him of physical and sexual abuse during their 11-year relationship.<\/p>\n

Combs vehemently denied Ventura\u2019s claims, and they quickly came to a settlement<\/a> later that month. Nevertheless, he is still facing several accusations of sexual abuse.<\/p>\n
