Hey Xbox Insiders! We have a new Xbox Update Preview releasing to the Omega ring today. <\/p>\n
It\u2019s important we note that some updates made to these preview OS builds include background improvements that ensure a quality and stable build for Xbox consoles. We will continue to post these release notes, even when the noticeable changes to the UI are minimal or behind the scenes, so you\u2019re aware when updates are coming to your device.<\/p>\n
Details can be found below!<\/p>\n Note<\/strong>: This update may not occur automatically before it has already become mandatory. You can always find the most current update as soon as it is available by opening the Guide<\/strong> > Profile & system<\/strong> > Settings<\/strong> > System<\/strong> > Updates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Remember<\/strong>: Newly enrolled users in this ring are not guaranteed to receive all early updates, but they\u2019ll receive the update prior to the GA release. Additionally, a small subset of users may remain on their current GA build once they enroll until the next system update becomes mandatory for the public.\u00a0Visit the\u00a0Xbox Insider Program FAQ<\/a>\u00a0to learn more.<\/p>\n We have exciting news! Omega users can expect something new coming to their Xbox Update Preview.<\/p>\n Capture & Share<\/strong><\/p>\n Users will now see a toast notification after uploading a new screenshot or game clip to OneDrive if they\u2019re running low on space.<\/p>\n Discord Voice \u2013 Soundboard Audio<\/strong><\/p>\n Xbox players who have joined Discord Voice will now be able to hear soundboard audio from others in the channel or call. A mute button for soundboard audio can be found in the Discord Voice options in the Guide. At this time, you cannot trigger soundboard audio from the console.<\/p>\n Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta)<\/strong><\/p>\n Xbox Insiders can preview Mouse and Keyboard support while playing via cloud gaming on supported browsers (Edge and Chrome) and the Xbox App on Windows PCs.<\/p>\n Currently supported titles and any known issues are below:<\/strong><\/p>\n Additional consideration for Xbox Insiders:<\/strong><\/p>\n Thanks to all the great feedback Xbox Insiders provide and the hard work of Xbox engineers, we are happy to announce the following fixes have been implemented with this build:<\/p>\n Capture & Share<\/strong><\/p>\n Network Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n Parties<\/strong><\/p>\n System<\/strong><\/p>\n While known issues may have been listed in previous Xbox Insider Release Notes, they are not being ignored!
