The pair also announced on the GDC floor that three more islands will be released:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LEGO Prop Hunt<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 builds on popular \u2018Prop Hunt\u2019 mechanics to create zany LEGO fun for you and other players within the expanse of a wacky shopping mall!<\/li>\n<li><strong>LEGO Battle Arena<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 allows gamers to become the next Spinjitzu master! You can enroll in special training at the LEGO NINJAGO Dojo with Lloyd and the Masters of Spinjitzu, where you can compete against other trainees, hone your skills, and prove yourself.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LEGO Cat Island Adventure<\/strong> \u2013 a playful game all about meeting and nurturing your relationship with a friendly cat on an island and spending time together. Players need to complete tasks to keep their cats happy, and they\u2019ll let you know if they are not!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The announcement video shows players making worlds with an assortment of items in the UEFN:<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"LEGO\u00ae Elements and LEGO Styles come to Fortnite Creative and UEFN\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OHZwIdmgoCI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><noscript><iframe title=\"LEGO\u00ae Elements and LEGO Styles come to Fortnite Creative and UEFN\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OHZwIdmgoCI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>Kari Vinther Nielsen, Head of Play &amp; Creator Growth at LEGO GAME said: \u201cWe want kids and families to be able to enjoy a whole host of fun and engaging play experiences within Fortnite, and the potential this news offers for creators is incredibly exciting \u2013 we can\u2019t wait to see what everyone builds and how much the community enjoys the creations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly those creators who take part in the <a href=\"https:\/\/pep.epicgames.com\/island-creator\/overview\">Fortnite Island Creator Program<\/a> will be able to benefit from the amount of play and interaction that users have with their creations. The official program site page states that \u201cengagement payouts proportionally distribute 40% of the net revenue from Fortnite\u2019s Item Shop and most real-money purchases each month among eligible island publishers, including Epic, based on player activity in Fortnite.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Since the launch of LEGO Fortnite, <a href=\"https:\/\/readwrite.com\/lego-fortnite-brings-its-bricks-to-the-battle-royale\/\">which we covered<\/a>, in December 2023 the partnership between Epic and the Scandinavian toy giant has only gotten stronger.
