The Wine Cellar opens March 21, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, an answer to the question we\u2019ve gotten approximately 460,000 times since Dreamscape purchased Rio from Caesars Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>We are not personally a wine person, but this is fairly awesome news for wine fans. You might say it\u2019s a real corker. You\u2019re likely to be pelted with rocks for saying it, but you might. Then they changed the cocktail waitress uniforms. The ambiance is reminiscent of esteemed wine regions like Napa Valley or Italy. Fingers crossed nobody pilfered it during the ownership transition.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The venue has lots of cozy tasting areas to sip and use pretentious words like \u201cterroir\u201d and \u201cvinous\u201d and \u201cflinty\u201d and \u201cvegetal.\u201d Or, if you\u2019re like us, terms like \u201cbung hole,\u201d which is an actual thing.
