Brenda Song<\/strong><\/a> and Macaulay Culkin<\/strong><\/a> are just like other parents. The actors \u2014 who share two sons<\/a> together \u2014 recently stepped out for a rare red carpet appearance together at the Clarins launch party in Los Angeles. During the event, Brenda, 35, shared a rare glimpse at how parenthood is going for her and Macaulay, 43.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe really don\u2019t get out of the house,\u201d she joked while speaking with E! News<\/em><\/a>. \u201cWe eat, we eat, and we hang out. We spend a lot of time together, when we have time off we like to go out and eat.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Suite Life of Zack & Cody<\/em> star and the Home Alone<\/em> actor welcomed their first son, Dakota, in April 2021 and their second son \u2014 whose name has not been disclosed \u2014 in March 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe balance is always tough but, you know, you just gotta make it work,\u201d Brenda continued in the interview. \u201cOne thing that I\u2019ve always said is for me to be able to be the best mom, I have to be the best me, and part of that is work, and going out, and continuing to enjoy life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the difficulties that come with parenting, Brenda noted how she and her children have fun at home. \u201cMy boys love Ed Sheeran<\/strong><\/a>, that is what they listen to, I kid you not,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Brenda and Macaulay have maintained a private relationship ever since they started dating in 2017. On rare occasions, though, the pair have shared sweet sentiments about one another, such as at Macaulay\u2019s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in December 2023. As he delivered his \u201cthank you\u201d speech, the former child actor got emotional while thanking Brenda.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou are absolutely everything,\u201d Macaulay said while getting choked up. \u201cYou\u2019re my champion. You\u2019re the only person happier for me today than I am. You\u2019re not only the best woman I\u2019ve ever know; you\u2019re the best person I\u2019ve ever known. You\u2019ve given me all my purpose. You\u2019ve given me family. After the birth of our two boys, you\u2019ve become one of my three favorite people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Macaulay then joked that among his favorite people, Brenda is \u201csomewhere in there,\u201d before telling her that he loves her. Cameras at the event captured Brenda welling up with tears in the audience.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
