There are things on it that the baby can twirl around and a trunk to open and shut. It is easy on and easy off. It is good for babies with short legs. Very close to the ground. Not at all tippy. She loves it. It is a bit difficult to figure out how to convert it from a walker toy to a car but we eventually figured it out. Very sturdy.
