The Barbie<\/em><\/a> star\u2019s sister, Mandi Gosling<\/strong>, has accompanied her brother on several occasions, including to the 2024 Academy Awards<\/a>. Ryan\u2019s Sister Has a Job in Showbiz<\/h2>\n

Unlike Ryan, Mandi didn\u2019t pursue acting, but she does work in Hollywood. According to her IMDb<\/a> profile, Mandi has worked as a producer for several productions, including Dateline NBC, The Prospect<\/em> and Miss Advised<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The brother and sister duo grew up in London, Ontario, Canada. Since they are reportedly three years apart in age, Ryan looked up to Mandi, he noted during an interview with The Independent<\/em> <\/a>in 2011.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was literally raised by my mother and my sister,\u201d the Notebook<\/em> actor told the publication about his childhood. \u201cAnd I feel like I wouldn\u2019t know how to think any other way.\u201d At the time, Ryan added that Mandi was his \u201cbest friend and my hero growing up.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was doing all the things all the time,\u201d he said about his sister. \u201cYou know, getting me to school safely and then she was the president of that school.
