Noor Alfallah<\/a><\/strong>, 30, is a mom to actor Al Pacino<\/a><\/strong>\u2018s fourth child. The mom was reported to receive child support payments for their 4-month-old son Roman Pacino<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>according to a 2023 report from Page Six.<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>After filing for physical custody<\/a> of the baby boy in September, Noor and Al reached a deal in terms of child support payments<\/a>, where Al will reportedly pay $30,000 per month.
