If TikTok is sold, the <em>WSJ<\/em> notes, it would likely go for hundreds of billions of dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Kotick led Activision for over 30 years but didn\u2019t exactly leave on a good note. Otherwise, it\u2019ll be banned from US app stores.<\/p>\n<p>TikTok has been trying to get its millions of US users to rally behind it in wake of the bill\u2019s sudden momentum, and sent out push notifications last week <a data-i13n=\"elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:10;pos:1\" class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/tiktok-is-encouraging-its-users-to-call-their-representatives-about-attempts-to-ban-the-app-202056111.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:asking users to call their representatives;elm:context_link;elmt:doNotAffiliate;cpos:10;pos:1;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"><\/a>. After the House vote, where it\u2019s expected to be approved after clearing the Energy and Commerce Committee in a unanimous vote last week, the bill would move on to the Senate.
