Demi Lovato<\/strong><\/a> is embracing her motto \u2014 what\u2019s wrong with being confident? The 31-year-old powerhouse vocalist<\/a> revealed that she uses cosmetic injectables. Embracing her new role as the spokesperson for the anti-wrinkle injection Xeomin, Demi \u2014 who goes by she\/her and they\/them pronouns \u2014 explained why she wanted to \u201cshare\u201d this part of her life with fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m always transparent with my fans, and this is something I wanted to share,\u201d the \u201cSkin of My Teeth\u201d hitmaker told PEOPLE<\/em><\/a> on Wednesday, March 6. \u201cIt normalizes it and takes the taboo away from injectables. It\u2019s all about what makes you feel like your best self. Don\u2019t listen to naysayers. Do what makes you feel comfortable in your own skin.\u201d<\/p>\n

Demi continued that they have \u201calways believed in making choices that are empowering, [keep you] true to yourself and help you look and feel your best,\u201d whether that means undergoing cosmetic enhancements or experimenting with makeup.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve incorporated Xeomin into my routine every three months, and it gives me the results I want while still looking like myself,\u201d Demi explained to the outlet. \u201cThere are times I like to get glam and times when I don\u2019t like to wear makeup at all, and this gives me the confidence for both.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aside from using \u201cRen\u00e9e Rouleau skin-care products and Xeomin,\u201d the Disney Channel alum pointed out that she is \u201cgrowing [her] hair out.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know what it will look like for the wedding, but hopefully it\u2019s longer and still the same color,\u201d they added, referring to their upcoming wedding to fianc\u00e9 Jordan \u201cJute$\u201d Lutes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Demi got engaged to the fellow music artist<\/a> in December 2023. She announced the big news in an Instagram<\/a> post at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m still speechless,\u201d Demi wrote in the caption. \u201cLast night was the best night of my life, and I can\u2019t believe I get to marry the love of my life @jutesmusic. My love, I\u2019m beyond excited to marry you \u2026 every day I\u2019ve spent with you has been a dream come true, and I can\u2019t wait to love and cherish you forever. Here\u2019s to the rest of our lives. I love you, baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Two months later, Demi appeared on a TODAY<\/em><\/a> segment in February to talk about how their relationship has changed her life.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving someone that you can be your weirdest, goofiest self with is just so much fun. We have a blast together,\u201d the \u201c29\u201d artist gushed. \u201cWe are able to create music together, which is something I\u2019ve never done before.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for her wedding plans, Demi pointed out that they\u2019d love to have the Goo Goo Dolls play \u201cIris\u201d at the event.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
