Cher<\/strong><\/a>, 77, cuddled up front row at the Balmain Show<\/a> on Wednesday with her boyfriend, Alexander \u201cAE\u201d Edwards<\/strong><\/a>, 38, during Paris Fashion Week! In photos you can see here, the \u201cBelieve\u201d singer twinned in black tops and jeans with Alexander while posing from the front row at the Fall\/Winter 2024-2025 Balmain show on February 28. The couple looked thrilled to be together, with the hitmaker wearing her iconic long hair in sleek waves, and AE rocking heavy statement jewelry, including a crucifix ring. They also posed side by side in their matching black tuxedo-style jackets ahead of the big womenswear show, looking relaxed and happy during the rare public outing.<\/p>\n

Cher and her boyfriend have been dating since November of 2022, after they met at \u2014 where else? Paris Fashion Week<\/a> that October. The romance escalated quickly, with the music producer gifting the iconic singer with a massive pear-shaped diamond ring<\/a> that December. Not an engagement ring<\/a>, it turned out, but a stunningly romantic gesture, nonetheless. \u201cThere are no words,\u201d she captioned a pic of the bauble via Twitter (X) on December 25, 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cAE and Cher are not engaged but he wanted to show Cher how much he cares about her and thought the ring was absolutely beautiful,\u201d an insider told HollywoodLife<\/strong> exclusively at the time. \u201cHe thinks she deserves the world and wanted to give her a token from his heart.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though breakup rumors emerged in spring of 2023<\/a>, the couple has endured. In October of 2023, Cher opened up about why she\u2019s attracted to the producer. \u201cAlexander\u2019s got diamond teeth, tattoos, white hair, and he\u2019s way younger,\u201d she told PEOPLE<\/em><\/a> when asked about their headline-generating romance. \u201cHe\u2019s a beautiful man.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aside from the physical attraction, she added, there\u2019s genuine chemistry. \u201cNo matter what happens, I love being with him,\u201d she divulged. \u201cHe makes me laugh, and we have fun. What I learned is that it\u2019s never too late. If you wrote out all the statistics, you would go, \u2018Well, this is doomed.\u2019 But we\u2019ve been together a year, and if it was just a year, it would\u2019ve been worth it.
