Jennifer Aniston<\/strong><\/a> has never been more relatable than in her latest Monday workout video. The\u00a0Friends <\/em><\/a>alum, 55, took to Instagram on February 25 to document her workout and give her fans \u2014 as well as herself \u2014 some much-needed motivation to begin the week. In Jennifer\u2019s video, the actress did several grueling exercises in her home gym<\/a>, including mountain climbers and pilates, before she laid face-first on the ground from exhaustion. \u201cOh god\u2026you know those days when you just don\u2019t wanna do it? You just got to do it,\u201d Jennifer said, as the person filming her laughed out loud.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re having one of THOSE Mondays, I FEEL YOU \ud83e\udef5\ud83c\udffc Just gotta do it!! \u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\udc8b,\u201d Jennifer wrote in the caption of her post<\/a>. Her video played to\u00a0Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s song \u201cMove\u201d featuring\u00a0Grace Jones<\/strong>. Jennifer tagged Pvolve to promote her partnership<\/a> with the fitness program.<\/p>\n

Jennifer has made fitness an important part of her life for many years. In September, the Emmy Award winner told\u00a0CR Fashion Book<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>that she has four rules to stay healthy: \u201cI drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can.\u201d Jennifer explained in the interview that getting sleep \u201cis challenging for me, but it\u2019s so important I feel it when I don\u2019t get enough rest.\u201d<\/p>\n

The star of\u00a0The Morning Show<\/a> <\/em>also shared how she prioritizes her mental health. \u201cI try to be really mindful about what I let into my headspace,\u201d she said in the interview. \u201cThat likely means less binge-watching cable news. Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it\u2019s imperative that we turn off the noise.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for her partnership with Pvolve, Jennifer previously told POPSUGAR<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>that she teamed with the fitness program because of advice she got from a friend after she hurt her back<\/a> while filming a movie. \u201cI felt so energized and also dripping in sweat, but I didn\u2019t feel like I broke my body,\u201d she said of doing her first Pvolve workout. \u201cI wasn\u2019t exhausted or incredibly fatigued to the point where I\u2019d be like, \u2018Oh god, I just don\u2019t want to do that again.\u2019 I got excited.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jennifer has shown off the results of her fitness journey during several recent red carpet appearances. She displayed her thin and fit figure in a silver sequin gown<\/a> at the 2024 SAG Awards in February and in a\u00a0strapless black gown<\/a> at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards in January.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
