OpenAI\u2019s artificial intelligence model GPT-4<\/a> has the capability to hack websites and steal information from online databases without human help, researchers have found. That suggests individuals or organisations without hacking expertise could unleash AI agents to carry out cyber attacks.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou literally don\u2019t need to understand anything \u2013 you can just let the agent go hack the website by itself,\u201d says Daniel Kang<\/a> at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. \u201cWe think this really reduces the expertise needed to\u2026<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
