Yer a wizard, Harry \u2013 again. A TV series based on the beloved Harry Potter novels is coming to HBO\u2019s streaming service, Max. Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav<\/strong> revealed<\/a> on Feb. 23 when fans can expect the show to premiere. Get ready for a new era of a story that many have grown up with world wide.<\/p>\n

Author J.K. Rowling<\/strong><\/a> conceived the story of a young boy (that being Harry Potter, of course) combating evil forces as a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in her 7 fantasy novels, beginning with 1997\u2019s Harry Potter & the Sorcerer\u2019s Stone<\/em>. The success of the books led to Warner Bros\u2019 blockbuster film series that spanned from 2001 to 2011 and starred Daniel Radcliffe<\/strong><\/a> as Harry, alongside Rupert Grint<\/strong><\/a>, Emma Watson<\/strong><\/a>, Jason Isaacs<\/strong><\/a>, Tom Felton<\/strong><\/a>, Robbie Coltrane<\/strong>, Alan Rickman<\/strong><\/a>, Maggie Smith<\/strong><\/a>, and more.<\/p>\n
