Dylan Sprouse<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and Cole Sprouse<\/strong><\/a>, 31, said goodbye to their twin Suite Life <\/a><\/em>characters Cody and Zack Martin in 2011. But according to a candid new interview, they\u2019re not opposed to appearing onscreen together \u2014 a reunion could happen. When asked by Men\u2019s Health<\/em> if the twins have \u201cdiscussed working on anything together again, Cole confirmed they have.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, we actually have,\u201d Cole told the magazine<\/a> for a recent interview. \u201cIt\u2019s not off the table!\u201d However, the Lisa Frankenstein<\/em> star added a caveat. \u201cA lot of the stuff that\u2019s twin-y is pretty lame; the twin thing<\/a> can become a circus act if it\u2019s not done well,\u201d he explained. \u201cAnd honestly, most of the time when it <\/span>is<\/em>\u00a0done well, it\u2019s usually one actor trying to show off by\u00a0<\/span>playing both twins<\/a>. So it\u2019s just about finding something that\u2019s cool and interesting and that actually plays with the twin idea a little deeper than, like, \u2018<\/span>What if you said something at the same time?’\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

In 2020, Dylan also opened up about the possibility of a reunion<\/a>, expressing a similar sentiment. \u201cIt would have to be right,\u201d he told HollywoodLife<\/strong> exclusively at the Miracle Workers: Dark Ages<\/em> premiere in New York. \u201cA lot of the times when they want to cast my brother and I, it\u2019s really stupid sh**. So it would have to be something good and tasteful.\u201d<\/p>\n

In his Men\u2019s Health<\/em> interview, Cody hilariously opened up about a notable joint role that escaped the famous brothers in their youth.\u00a0 \u201cMy brother and I auditioned for Thing One and Thing Two in The Cat in the Hat<\/em> when we were younger,\u201d he divulged. \u201cWe showed up to this dance studio, and our mom had put us in these stupid Thing One and Thing Two outfits to try and get the gig, and it was horrible. The casting directors were like, \u2018Go wild.\u2019 That was their only direction, because that\u2019s what Thing One and Thing Two do\u2014they just go apesh**.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, he explained, it didn\u2019t go well, and the brothers lost the role. \u201cYou tell two seven-year-olds to go wild, and they\u2019ll go wild,\u201d he recalled. \u201cWe broke a mirror on one of the walls of the dance studio and then somehow ended up in a full-on fistfight<\/a>, totally unprompted. It was one of maybe the worst callback auditions we\u2019ve ever done but one of the ones that stick out the most. Needless to say, we did not get the part.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
