Wendy Williams<\/strong><\/a>, 59, was recently diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD) and is under the spotlight amid her ongoing health battles<\/a>. The former host of\u00a0The Wendy Williams Show<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>is now seeking care at a treatment facility for her overall health. Wendy is set to appear in the upcoming Lifetime documentary Where is Wendy Williams?<\/em><\/a>, which will premiere on February 24, 2024.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the two-party documentary, her niece,\u00a0Alex Finnie<\/strong><\/a>, opened up to several outlets about her aunt\u2019s condition<\/a> and what she hopes will come out of the film. During an appearance on\u00a0Good Morning America<\/em><\/a>, Alex revealed that she hopes Wendy will be able to return to TV \u2013 if that\u2019s what her aunt wishes. \u201cMy hope for her is that she does whatever she wants to do that makes her happy\u2026 and that stays in the bounds of keeping her healthy,\u201d Alex said.
