Luke Combs<\/strong>, 33, took the time to express gratitude for his recent Grammy Awards<\/a> experience and praised Tracy Chapman<\/strong><\/a>, 59, for her memorable duet<\/a> with him, in a new Instagram post. The country singer shared epic photos from the event, including a few with Tracy, and added a thoughtful message in the caption.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat an unreal Grammy week to say the least. There were so many laughs, tears, hugs, and cheers that it almost doesn\u2019t seem real,\u201d the message began. \u201cFrom the hotel hangs and rehearsals, to the dinners and post show pizza, the vibes were HIGH. I want to thank my whole team for working tirelessly to make this happen and my wife for always being by my side, I love you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Luke\u2019s thankful post comes after he and Tracy wowed with their performance of Tracy\u2019s 1988 hit \u201cFast Car\u201d<\/a> during the 2024 Grammy Awards last week. Luke\u2019s 2023 cover release of the tune has gained popularity over the past year and the duet on-stage proved to be one this year\u2019s best music award moments so far.<\/p>\n

Apart from Luke and Tracy, another memorable Grammys performance was from legendary singer Joni Mitchell<\/strong>. The 80-year-old sang her iconic hit \u201cBoth Sides Now\u201d in her first Grammys performance and received a standing ovation from the crowd.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
