Justin Hartley<\/strong><\/a>, 47, got his start on soap operas including The Young and the Restless<\/em> and Passions\u00a0<\/em>before landing his most high-profile role as Kevin Pearson<\/strong> on NBC\u2019s beloved drama This is Us<\/em><\/a>. He\u2019s also appeared on CW series Smallville <\/em>and Emily Owens, M.D., <\/i>on ABC primetime soap Revenge<\/em>, on NBC\u2019s revival of Quantum Leap<\/em>, and on ABC\u2019s Mistresses<\/em>.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s provided voice work for Robot Chicken<\/em> and Family Guy<\/em>, and appeared in over a dozen films. Justin secured his status as a talented actor with two Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2018 and 2019, both for This is Us.\u00a0<\/em>He\u2019s currently set to star in the new CBS series Tracker<\/em> which is premiering on Sunday, February 11 after the Super Bowl<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Behind the scenes, Justin\u2019s relationships haven\u2019t always been quite as successful as his acting career \u2014 he\u2019s been married three times and divorced twice. Below, get to know his current wife Sofia Pernas<\/strong><\/a>, and learn about his previous marriages.<\/p>\n

Justin and Sofia Pernas, 34, met on the set of The Young and the Restless<\/em><\/a>. <\/em>But according to PEOPLE<\/em><\/a>, they weren\u2019t romantically linked until 2020, when steamy photos surfaced of the duo kissing outside a medical office in Los Angeles, per TMZ<\/a>. The couple secretly married<\/a> in March of 2021, making their red-carpet debut that May.<\/p>\n

Justin gushed over his life with the Moroccan-born beauty in a 2021 interview with Haute Living<\/em>. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t have to be that hard,\u201d he told the outlet. \u201cYou just meet the right person and you just go, \u2018Oh, this is amazing. It\u2019s just so wonderful!\u2019 You\u2019re so attracted and so attached to this person. You just love this person so much. Even though we\u2019ve only been married a few months, it\u2019s hard to remember what it was like without her.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also shared the benefits of being married to Sofia. \u201cI\u2019m just at peace with myself<\/a>. I feel loved and I feel appreciated. I know she feels the same way. We just have a really great relationship and a really terrific family. It\u2019s healthy and it\u2019s wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before tying the knot with Sofia, Justin was married to another co-star from The Young and the Restless<\/em><\/a> \u2014 Selling Sunset<\/em> beauty Chrishell Stause<\/strong><\/a>, 42. The former couple began dating in January of 2014, and were engaged by July of 2016. On October 28, 2017, they married in a romantic outdoor ceremony at Malibu\u2019s Calamigos Ranch. In photos from the event<\/a>, she stunned in a sweeping, feathered Monique Lhullier<\/strong> gown.<\/p>\n

The former duo made their home in Valley Glen, Los Angeles, but the marriage wasn\u2019t built to last. Justin filed for divorce<\/a> just two years later in November of 2019, citing \u201cirreconcilable differences.\u201d The divorce wasn\u2019t finalized until two years later, in February of 2021 \u2014 just a month before his marriage to Sofia.<\/p>\n

Chrishell later claimed that she found out about the split via text message. \u201cHe text me that we were filed,\u201d she told Selling Sunset<\/em> co-star Mary Fitzgerald <\/strong>during an episode of the show. \u201cForty-five minutes later, the world knew.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for the uncomfortable matter of Justin going on to marry their soap opera co-star, Chrishell wasn\u2019t bothered. \u201cMy ex-husband Justin is remarried to someone I know from back in the day, pretty well, and a lot of things made sense after finding that out,\u201d she said during the season 4 Selling Sunset<\/em> confessional. \u201cI wish them the best. You know, I think that it actually, if anything, it felt good to know that. It felt like a little bit of closure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chrishell went on to date<\/a> and eventually marry<\/a> G-Flip\u00a0<\/strong>in a private ceremony in 2023.<\/p>\n

Justin became engaged to his Passions<\/em> co-star Lindsay Korman<\/strong> in 2003, after only six months of dating. They married in May of 2004, welcoming their daughter Isabella Hartley<\/strong> in July of 2004. The marriage lasted for eight years, before the former couple amicably separated and filed for divorce citing \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d in 2012.<\/p>\n

In a 2019 interview, the dad of one shared how he\u2019d continued to co-parent on good terms with his ex-wife. \u201cCommunication and an understanding of where everyone\u2019s coming from and realizing that it\u2019s hard,\u201d he told Us Weekly<\/em> <\/a>of what\u2019s important when parenting after a split. \u201cAs much as you try to put yourself in other people\u2019s shoes, you\u2019re never fully going to be able to do it, but you should just make the effort.\u201d<\/p>\n

He does give Isabella, now 19, plenty of credit, as well. \u201cShe\u2019s very resourceful, so I\u2019m thankful that that\u2019s the case (and) I get a lot of help from my ex-wife,\u201d he told the outlet. \u201cI get a lot of help from my daughter. I mean, she\u2019s the one that\u2019s making it all go around. She deserves all the credit.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
